1. I have sensitive skin. Are your accessories safe?
All of our earrings studs are backed with surgical stainless steel ear posts unless stated. They are suitable for those with sensitive ears!
2. I don’t have pierced ears, but I’d really like to wear your earrings!
Clip-on earrings are not available for online purchases, unless stated.

3. How do I take care of my Milki accessories?
Milki’s Earrings are lightweight yet durable, however it should still be loved and cared for. To prolong the lifespan of the earrings, keep them safe from any sharp objects. Earrings should be stored away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperature as it would affect the earring’s colour and durability. A lint free jewellery cloth is included, lightly buff the surface of the earring to restore an extra shine to the earrings. An alcohol swab is included, gently use it to clean the earring post to disinfect.
Ordering and Shipping1. What are the payment methods available?
Accepted modes of payments are Shopify Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept PayNow and PayLah for Singapore residents.
2. How long does it take my order to ship?
Shipment will be made 24-48 hours after payment is received. You might receive the product as soon as the next day of purchase.
3. What are the delivery options?
We currently only offer:
Registered Postage (2 - 3 working days) - SGD 3.50 per order
We are as afraid as you losing your item. Normal postage is taken off the delivery options.

4. What to do if I receive the wrong product?
We apologize for our oversight. Kindly drop us an email with your order number and images of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. I provided a wrong address. How do I change it?
You can drop an email to email@example.com with your order number and the changes you would like to make.
6. Do you accept returns?
Due to the hygienic nature of earrings and how their purposes to be worn. We will not accept any form of returns once item has been shipped out.
